OnSip VOIP Phone System Tips:

1. Voicemail indicator is showing a message when there is no message.
   1. Issue: Sometimes your phone may indicate you have a voicemail and yet you do not. What happened and how do you fix it?
   2. What Happened: The voicemail indicator is a feature built into your phone. When you delete your voicemails from the phone, the OnSip website, or OnSip desktop application the phone needs to get a message to turn off the indicator. Sometimes that does not happen, and it stays on.
   3. How to fix it: Call yourself from your mobile phone or another extension and leave a new voicemail. Then delete that voicemail, and it should resolve your issue.
   4. What if that does not work: You have two options:

      ii.You can call Computer Team support at 563-355-0426 or 800-355-0450.
