Your request for support call is returned the same day unless the technician is out of the office, working on updates, or urgent issues. In that case, the call is usually returned within the next business day.

Based upon the severity level of the issue, most issues are resolved with in the time the call is returned or when the call is received.

Support issues are handled in the order they are received (by fax, phone, voice mail, or e-mail).

Consulting charges of $88.50 an hour apply to all phone consultations. A minimum 15-minute charge will be incurred for all support calls less than 15 minutes

Twenty-four hour emergency assistance is available. Emergency charges of $108.50 per hour may be incurred based upon the severity of the issue.
