Database Maintenance

Enter practice information along with the practice ID's.

Auto Numbering

Certain practices prefer to number their records according to an inter-office policy. By disabiling the auto numbering an office can easily do just that.

Custom Fields

Custom fields can serve a variety of purposes. Create inter-office policies to track patient type (such as Cash Only, Insurance, Medicare, etc.) or organize how you would like. This section can be designed to meet individual offices needs.

This screen allows locking of the Transaction History Entries from modification, creating notes for office staff that also appear on future statements.

Referrals

The system allows you to enter in any type of referral client you may have. Add referrals from other patients, other providers, the phone book, etc. using referrals in E6 Software.

Hospital/Facilities

E6 Software offers the ability to enter any CPT code along with internal IDs for office use.

Transaction Codes
