Patient & Insured Lookups
Although they look the same, these lookups provide quick and easy access to your patient demographics or
to the insured family members who will provide coverage for their families.
Employer Information
This screen is used to set-up and maintain a patient's employer information and what type of insurance they provide.
Insured File
This screen is used to set-up and maintain the insured information. The insured file is a quick and easy way to see
which family member have been or are currently being seen by the practice.
A quick glance also shows which family members have insurance expected or currently owe.
Patient Profile
This screen is used to set-up and maintain patient information. They provide you with up to date information about a patient.
Important information, such as : insurer, referrals, current and permanent diagnosis codes, and current balance. Using the custom fields, check
critical notes or procedure information.
Bookmarks
This screen is used to maintain selected records that are "bookmarked." Bookmarks allow you to track the file of the
patient being seen for daily follow-ups, or to track patients for collection/arrears.
