How to change your email password

First, we need to change your email account password in WorldClient. Please complete the following steps to perform this action. If at any time you run into difficulty, please call the Computer Team HelpDesk at 1-800-355-0450 during regular business hours.

 

1a. ) You first want to open an internet web browser:

2a. ) In the address bar (located in the top left of your browser window); go to www.computerteam.com

3a. ) From there, click on Web-Mail at the top of the screen
4a. ) Enter your Email Address & Password into the corresponding fields & click Sign In

5a. ) At the top of your screen, you will find an Options menu, click it & then click Personalize

6a. ) Enter your new password into the top & bottom password fields & click Save at the top

You have finished changing your password in WorldClient, next we need to update the password Outlook is using to connect to your email account. Please complete the following steps.

1b. ) Open up Microsoft Outlook
2b. ) Click on Tools & then click on Account Settings
3b. ) You should see your name listed in the email accounts & select it by clicking it one time with your left mouse button
4b. ) Click the Change button
5b. ) Find the Logon Information section & enter the new password into the Password box

6b. ) Click Test Account Settings at the bottom of this box, if you receive a Success message then click Okay on it & the Account options. If you did not get a Success message, then check to make sure you typed your new password correctly.

You have finished changing your password in Outlook. Your email should be working correctly at this point.
